We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to change or return any product bought on our website, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Please carefully read the following guidelines to understand our return and exchange process.

- A deduction of $50 will be applied for each product returned with a value below $1,000.

- A deduction of $100 will apply for each product returned with a value of $1,000 and above.

Most of the pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop the day you submit the order. You should allow approximately 4-6 days for us to produce the piece once your order is processed and then 2-3 days for shipping. If these timelines can not be achieved, you will informed to you at the time of confirmation of your order. We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
