We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to change or return any product bought on our website, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Please carefully read the following guidelines to understand our return and exchange process.

 

- A deduction of $50 will be applied for each product returned with a value below $1,000.

- A deduction of $100 will apply for each product returned with a value of $1,000 and above.

Most of the pieces are made to order and hand-cut in our workshop the day you submit the order. You should allow approximately 4-6 days for us to produce the piece once your order is processed and then 2-3 days for shipping. If these timelines can not be achieved, you will informed to you at the time of confirmation of your order. As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. If you need to receive your package before a certain date, you can email us at contact@heiraleatherwear.com and we will do the necessary for you to have your piece in time.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

 

When your order arrives at customs in your country, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and can vary based on the value and type of goods being imported.

 

Please be aware that we cannot predict or control these fees, as they are beyond our jurisdiction. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for detailed information regarding potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order.
